Ordered 10 packs of #1003 bulb. Received 10 packs of #1141 bulb. Customer Service person PROMPTLY confirmed error, credited previous debit, resubmitted correct order, debited account for correct item, apologized and sent the correct item out. It arrived in good shape and within reasonable time. I truly appreciate the way Customer Service handled the problem. The item is a basic thing - no big deal unless you don't have any! But these work well and are shaped so that they don't burn a hole in the lens covers on my RV light fixtures.
