They are very good and handle the sun screen weight very well. The only reason I did not rate them as a 5 was the small round solid rod set into the loop end of the tab is loose in the tab and can separate from the tab. A little dab of Gorilla glue fixed this but when sewing the tab loop for these rods it could be just a little tighter and the slippage problem could be solved. Essentially a very good product though.

Good quality hooks but pins that slide in awning tube are not fastened to hook material. Have another set of rubber awning hooks that are one piece so when you slide hooks onto roller tube they stay toughter but these hooks the pin slides out of hook when you
slide it along the tube, kind of a pain in the butt.

I bought the awning hooks to attach our hanging lights. I really like the fact that I can leave them in the track and still roll up the awning without damaging the awning. They are very flexible and easy to move and adjust within the track so we can position our lights and other hanging items.
