Bought two of these for the two bunks in the back of our 2014 Avalanche 360RB. The black looks great with the decor. Cut them both down several inches to fit/give the proper climbing angle for the twins--very easy with a hacksaw. Did not mount them to the bunks since the bunks are both located in slide-outs, instead used the provided hooks that rest over the edge/lip of the bunk. The ladder is sturdy and secure enough since the base of the ladder is resting on the floor at a slight angle, but it doesn't take long for the top screw holding the hook onto the ladder to loosen--I find myself tightening them pretty regularly. The steps are comfortable enough, even with bare feet. Overall the ladders do exactly what we need them to do.

This came as expected. I cut the bottom to fit at an 11 degree angle as noted. You can use the clips to attach to the side of the bunk rail or as I did; to keep the hook top to hang over the top bunk rail. Make sure you measure the distance before ordering.
