Screw the Blow Out Hose into your RV's city water inlet, then connect your air compressor quick connect hose. Unlike other blow-out systems, this Camping World Exclusive system leaves your hands free to open faucets and flush out water lines without assistance. Heavy-duty brass fittings and 45 PSI-rated hose for extra durability. Quick connect air hose adapter sold separately.
This is going to make the winterization of my 5th wheel a lot easier than the original
blow out adapter I had purchased originally. The only thing that I'm going to do to make
it even easier is to add a shut off valve between it and the trailer so as to be able to
check things out as I go along. Thanks for this great product
This product works great. The only problem I had was with the hot water heater. Being as the hot water exits the heater at the top it would not blow out the tank. Simple solution, open the tank drain valve and apply the air. Tank cleared. This sure beats trying to drain
the trailer with the drain valves. I would recommend this product.
The hose worked very well. It needs a valve to be able to turn the air on and off. It was very helpful in blowing the air out of the water lines. Using it turned the task into a one person job. I would recommend it to everyone.
It worked like a charm. The thing I liked most is no RV antifreeze in my lines to flush when I
want to go camping. Takes only a few minutes. Highly recommend it to anyone that has an air compressor that can regulate pressure.
I have always used RV antifreeze for the winter. I tried this blow out hose and it is the right item for winterizing. It blew all the water from the lines, and hot water tank. A person can feel secure that the water lines will not freeze.
this was great!!! I winterized the camper myself so this was a big help. used it on the camper and all my garden hoses as well. keep in mind you will need to purchase the air connector but it just threads on.
I received this about 2 or 3 weeks ago and have used it many times, It was so simple to connect my new air compressor and blow out my water lines so I could complete winterizing my 1984 Lindy class C. It was a lot of work to figure out all
the details on my 'antique' with no documentation, but after several times blowing air out of the shower head and through the commode using an 'air' flush I was very pleased with my results. I then used the Camping World hand pump to add antifreeze to my class C to complete the job. Next year (or
next RV) will be much simpler.
Product worked well. I added a levered ball valve to shut off air after blowing lines. Regulate pressure to about 40 PSI (max is 45 PSI) and open all faucets and valves including drain lines and laundry (if your rig has one).
Received item and put it work right away.I attached it to the water intake and the other end to my air compressor. I used about 30psi and blew out my lines in no time. The hardest thing was going to hardware stoe to get a quick release.
This product worked exceptionally well to help me remove nearly; if not all of the water in my water lines and water heater. It attaches to the hose connection on my 5th wheel camper and the other end to my air compressor. Set my regulator to the recommended air pressure- 45#. Opened the different faucets, one at a time and cleared the lines. I guess this only took 25-30 min's to complete. I was is no hurry. Hope this review helps.
