Purchased the Blow Out Hose, but decided not to use it, as several of the references I read suggested not blowing out system if pumping in RV antifreeze.
Pros: Provides easy hook-up to water inlet
Cons: Didn't need blow out system when pumping anti-freeze

It was easy to use. I had to run the compressor continuously while opening valves rather than having the ability to turn on and off, which would have been more convenient.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: There isn't an ON/OFF switch
