I got my unit in December , and it has reset itself 3 times to the factory settings. The last time it reset itself (May 30, 2008) I went to reset the unit to my settings, it just would not load the maps, making it useless. I will be returning this unit this week.

Unit has never misled me, When used on familar routs it did not always take the way I would have but would had gotten me there never the less. Memory has loads of RV parks listed but wish it had more of state and corp of engineer parks other than that has not let me down yet.
