We just got our grill a couple of weeks ago and it cooks great. It sets up easily and is very easy to put up and down. The only problem that we have with the grill is the lock on the lid. We folded the grill down and was rolling it on the side walk and the lock came undone and the grill plates fell out and landed on the side walk!! Maybe Coleman needs to do a recall on the locks and fix them so the lids will stay shut. Other than the lock problem, this is a great little grill. I also ordered the grill cover to make it easy for carrying and storage in our motor home. I am looking forward to many years of grilling with our Road Trip. Happy Camping!!

I have had the grill for three years and have had no problems with it. I have never used the screw on bottle though as I am guessing other reviewers used. I have always used the adapter hose with a 20lb or 30lb tank. I have all the grill tops and love this grill. The only thing negative is cleaning it is a pain as with all grills. When not in use after it cools I can put it under the travel trailer or roll it into a bag to keep it dry. It sets inside the doorway when traveling, last thing in first thing out.

We got the Coleman Roadtrip LXE Grill for camping. Love the fact that it has the interchangable grill and griddle tops. Problem is that after a couple of month the value and propane system did not work. We could not get it to light. We blew out the hoses and connection with an air compress and it worked again for a little bit. But now we are looking for something different. NOT worth the money for only a few months worth of use. Disappointed in Coleman product.

This grill worked great three times. On the fourth the valve system went bad. Lucky I had not lit it yet or it would have blown up on me. The only way to stop the propane from leaking was to unscrew the bottle. Tried it again and it did the same. Third try got it to work with the valve barely open. It then blew out and caught the grill on fire. Customer service wanted me to send my cost back to Kansas. The shipping was going to be a third of what I paid for the grill. Very disappointed in Coleman. I expected more quality from them. Oh well maybe I will try a Weber.
