I recently went tent camping in northern Minnesota in January and bought this fan last minute to circulate the air inside my tent along with a portable Mr. Heater. The features looked good and the price was right. I found the air circulation to be poor and the fan unbalanced. When hanging from the tent ceiling (it's most convenient position) the fan was loud and seemed to shutter. When I turned the fan to point upward the vibration stopped and it was quiet, but I had no way to secure it in that position. I simply could not position it in a way that moved the air with any intended benefit without the noise and vibration. I will be looking for a different tent fan.
