Wash, dry and serve fruits and vegetables in one easy step.

Traditional salad spinners are bulky and hard to store; this revolutionary new design expands for use then collapses to 1/2 its size for storage. Three-quart capacity bowl doubles for washing and serving. Spinning basket doubles as a colander for rinsing fruits and vegetables. Top-rack dishwasher safe. 9 1/2" dia. x 5 1/4"H. Stores at only 2 1/2"H.

Hard to believe--a collapsible salad spinner! Got it for RV use, but it hasn't made it out there yet! Storage and washing are so handy that I've left my regular version sitting in the cupboard. -- This one isn't as sturdy as my non-collapsible version, and didn't spin as well for a heavier load put in it once, but for berries, salad greens, etc., it's great! -- The dishwasher feature is wonderful, but makes me a bit nervous. As one reviewer said, an item leaning against theirs caused a problem! I have been very careful about that. -- Wonder more about longevity of plastic in repeated heat/dry cycles. I do have to shake a bit of water out of folded item, right out of dishwasher, for it to dry faster. Don't care! -- Absolutely LOVE collapsibility/space saving feature for an often annoyingly bulky-to-store item!!!

The salad spinner works better than the one we have in the house. My only concern is how many times can it be collapsed before the rubber will crack. It may not be a problem, only time will tell.

This is so great, it is one of the few things that stays in the house. Great space saver. Am buying one as a gift for friend, who, like me always wanted one, but didn't have the space. This is awesome. Everything that goes in our truck camper must do double duty, this does- spins the salad, stores it, has a collendar, and a nice bowl for other uses. Be very careful washing in dish washer. Mine had another item pressing on it and it warped a little.

Love this spinner. It fits nicely in my cupboard and works well. I would give it a 5 if it had a larger option available.
