Big enough to grill for the family or for just two. Compact gas grill cooks up to eight burgers at a time on its 150 sq. in. porcelain enamel coated steel cooking surface.
Offering big grilling performance in a portable package, the Cuisinart CGG-180T Petit Gourmet portable tabletop gas grill is an ideal choice for families who like to grill on the go. The Petit Gourmet grill--which includes a folding table base--offers a 145-square-inch grilling area, enough space to accommodate from four to six people at a time. At the same time, the grill saves space by eliminating extra grilling spots and burners that waste propane and rarely get used. With the Petit Gourmet grill, you can grill up a small feast everywhere you go, from the campsite to the beach to a pre-game tailgater. The grill is also perfect for small patios, unlike large gas grills that take up half the patio by themselves.

Big Grilling Performance

The Petit Gourmet doesn't compromise when it comes to keeping you well fed. Despite the compact size, the grilling surface is large enough to grill eight burgers, eight steaks, six to 10 chicken breasts, or up to 4 pounds of fish. The grill's superior heating performance stems from the powerful 5,500 BTU stainless-steel burner and porcelain-enameled grill grate, which combine to heat the grill quickly and evenly to more than 500 degrees F. At the same time, the grill's compact size keeps propane use to a minimum: a single 16-ounce propane canister will last for several hours, or you can connect it to a 20-pound propane tank for longer-lasting, permanent grilling (requires Cuisinart 4-foot LP adapter hose, sold separately). And when grilling is complete, the grate cleans up easily outdoors or in your kitchen sink.

Portability Made Easy

Built for convenience and portability, the Petit Gourmet includes a handy foldaway leg system integrated into the base of the grill. When you're on the move, the tubular aluminum legs and stabilizing feet stay tucked away on the grill bottom. Once you arrive, however, the legs lock cleanly and securely into place in a matter of seconds, giving you a stable, reliable stand for grilling on almost any terrain. Just find a secure surface, unfold the legs, and hit the electric lighter. No other portable grill goes from your car to cooking in such a short time.

The Petit Gourmet also features a secure lid lock on the front of the grill that keeps the lid closed when the grill is moved from place to place, along with a pronounced carrying handle that lets you tote the 13-pound grill briefcase-style.

I like the grill. I made 3 meals on it with one 1lb tank of propane. I found that if you use woodchips soaked in water 30 min, placed in aluminum wrap, punched some holes in the wrap then place inside the grill on the grate, the flavor of your food will be greatly enhanced. Otherwise, it's a bit on the bland side. Only draw back at all is it is a bit messy to clean. I would recommend this grill to my friends.

A Great Small, Portable Grill

With dry, fire-danger conditions at many camping locations these days, we were using a propane grill more and more so we wanted to upgrade our previous small, propane grill which was well worn. This one fits the bill. Well made. Well designed. Great for tabletop use. And since storage space in the RV is always at a premium, we wanted something that does not take up a great deal of storage space. It cooks well and heats evenly. It's not designed for cooking for large groups. The cooks-8-steaks claim may be a little optimistic (unless they are small steaks). But it's great for the things we grill for 2-4 people. It's easy to clean, too. We bought ours on sale, which makes it a good value for its price.

Purchased this grill from Camping World and have grilled on it approximately 7 times now. Used it while camping at beach where it is quite windy most of the time; however the grill flame does not blow out. The grill has turn knob style electronic starter that also controls flame height. Great for storage as it is compact but still holds a lot of food. Unlike most compact or smaller gas grills, this grill is very sturdy whereas it does not wobble or feel as though it will tip over like some other small grills do. The legs/feet are nice and sturdy keeping grill firmly in place while cooking. The legs on it fold under the grill for ease of storing. It is easy to use and you can regulate the flame easily for specific foods. The price is reasonable and the grill appears to be well made, last for a long time. I now plan to purchase the Cuisinart Tabletop Grill Bag that will add to ease of storage! Happy with my decision to purchase this grill; highly recommend.. Hope my personal review will help if deciding to purchase or not.

It's as good as a small propane grill can be. There are hot spots, but no cold spots. everything cooks, but not necessarily even.

An awesome little grill

We bought one of these last summer. I actually use it at home. It's just two of us and having a giant grill & propane bottle seemed senseless. You can cook for an entire summer on this with a 16 oz. bottle of propane. It heats evenly, and it is hot. I've never had to use it on anything higher then medium. A little bit hard to clean but other worth it for how easy it is to use to cook. My old Made in the USA Sunbeam portable grill I carry in the RV is worn out (can't find a burner) and I think I may pick up another one of these to put in the RV.
