I have mixed emotions about the drapes. They're good quality and seem well-made structurally. All the hardware is supplied and the hooks come pre-installed which is nice. The somewhat minor issue I had was that, after the order form being very specific about the dimensions, the drapes came an inch higher than ordered. The biggest issue I had was their design. The apparent assumption by the designer/manufacturer is that the configuration of every RV is that the privacy drapes completely wrap around the cockpit. I have a 2003 Fleetwood Bounder that has a center roll-down shade which is met on each side by the drapes. The problem is two fold. First, this manufacturer, having assumed that their drapes were going to be full wrap around, sewed on a large piece of Velcro on the leading edge of each panel. Nice if that’s the configuration you have, but the Velcro isn’t even close to matching the color of the drape material (mine came with stark white Velcro against light brown drape material) so that if you’re not using it in full wrap-around, the Velcro stands out and is very unattractive. That should be an option you have to select, not something that should come with it automatically. Even if I had a full wrap-around configuration I would find the Velcro color difference unacceptable. The second issue is an apparent design assumption that, with a full wrap-around configuration, there would be a household-type curtain draw system as found in some high-end RVs. Most RVs that I have seen utilize a plastic or fiberglass pendent rod attached to the leading edge of the drape material to manually move the drapes. My original equipment drapes had a reinforced leading edge of the drape material with a metal grommet that allowed attachment of the rod via a screw through the grommet. This should also be an option…both the attachment point with a color-matching replacement rod. I shouldn't have to do major modifications to a special order item.
