The Eccotemp 40H-LP is a liquid propane, outdoor installed 6.3 GPM tankless water heater.

It’s the ideal choice for a typical three-bedroom, two-bath home. EccoTemp Tankless water heaters are the ideal way to heat water with gas. Average savings are approximately 20%-35% off of your gas bill. With an outdoor installation, there is no additional vent piping to purchase.
