Reverse Kit: adds air intake ability on exhaust-only models.
Thermostat: lets you set the fan wto automatically activate to maintain comfortable temperatures.
Auto Open Dome with Rain Sensor: closes dome in the event of sustained showers and re-opens when rain stops.

Includes new screen assembly, Pop 'N Lock screen, 3-speed switch and nut, label, thermostat, auto opening dome, 6" lift arm, auto motor dome lift, auto motor cap, circuit board, rain sensor, label, on/off switch and pre-wired interior assembly with reverse feature.

All I can say is FANTASTIC! Did not want a big bulky vent cover, but did not know what to do until I found this upgrade kit with rain sensor. Not only was it easy to install but no one backs their product like they do.

Installed this kit last year and it works great. When I mis-interpreted part of the instructions, I called Fan-Tastic Fan and the service rep got me back on the right track in just a few minutes. Fantastic service. Being able to set the temp I want, then leave my motor home knowing that the fan will come on when needed, is great. Even though I have a vent cover, I installed the rain sensor because rain some times still splashes into the vent. I didn't even have to go up on to the roof of my MH to install the sensor. Just drove the screw/s up through the vent, set the sensor on the outside over the screw, and finished tightening the screw.
