Easy to install. Recently camped during heavy rain but humid temps. Didn't worry about leaks... left vent open the entire time.

These covers look good and will serve the purpose of keeping the existing vent covers from blowing open. My cover over my Fan-tastic fan blew open and it ruined a mattress when the rain came in while the trailer was in storage. This vent cover is attached to the existing cover, but prevents it from opening all the way. It will tend to cut down on the air flow of the fan to some extent, but you won't have to worry rain coming into the trailer any more - even with the fan running. I wish I had known about this before I lost my mattress.

Vent cover installs easily enough, but I was slightly dissapointed that it didn't totally clear the fan lid for full opening; about an inch low; no notiable reduction in air flow or increase in noise. Note : I installed one for a friend ; new fan; straight forward as per instructions. On my own , older fan has a lower profile flange with more screws, had to turn the mount brackets over to keep them from digging into the rubber roof , and mearsure and use different screws for the mounts. A little more time involved.

I added this to a fan-static fan so the installation was easy, 4 quick holes with lots of silicon and pin it in. It allows the vent to be open farther than most other covers. It went on a Casita Travel Trailer and I am very happy as I can get ventilation even when it is raining hard outside.

After reading reviews on these I decided to buy a couple. Regardless of some people having problems I found them very easy to install and work with. I like the idea that you can just take the pins out and remove the cover to clean the fans and vent under them.

Went as cheap as possible in case I did't like them. A couple thousand miles and doing well. Wish I had went with smoked to reduce the light and to help with cooling.

Perfect fit, easy to install. Vent opens up all the way. I originally got another brand of vent cover only to discover it wouldn't fit over the bathroom vent due to the closeness of the toilet vent pipe to the bathroom vent. The unit as easy to install. There plenty of space inside the unit to permit the raising and lowering of the installed vent cover of the fan-tastic fan that was already installed in the motor home.

Even though these vent covers are a bit more pricey than others, they are worth it.I purchased three of the white vent covers so that the outside light would penetrateinto the motor coach. These vents are quite large.Installation instructions are straight forward and it took me about an hour and a half to install the three. No worries if you leave the vent open in the rain. Fresh circulating air any time. So glad they are available at Camping World. K.S.

Although I have not ever purchased any of their fans (Always was the installed version on my motorhome) I have had the opportunity to contact their customer service for upgrades and advice for repairs. They were always awesome. So when the vent cover worked exactly as I hoped it would, I wasn't surprised. Installation was easy.

The vent cover came with very clear and simple instructions. The installation was just as simple. I installed the 2 vent covers in about 1 hour. The covers allow to vent to open very wide and they allow for a lot of air movement.

This is a great vent!! We put this over our vent with the fan. Has great coverage and was the easiest install of any of our vent covers. I would encourage anyone to get one of these to cover their power fan. I would buy it again!

This is a great vent cover, installed in minutes. Just remove the lap seal, replace 4 bolts, install the brackets, reapply sealant that's about it. I noticed almost no change in the amount of air flow with this cover.Just remember you'll also need lap sealant to finish the job.
