Ordered for my son who was burnt out in 2011 Bastrop Texas Wild Fire. He has built a two story 40 by 76 foot barn with 40 by 60 living quarters upstairs and garage space downstairs. The upstairs porch is 40 by 16 and overlooks his garden. I got the rockers so he could sit on the porch or next to the garden to watch it grow. He is very happy with the rockers as they are working very well

this chair is very sturdy and very comfy espacially if you have young ones that like to rocked.
