The amount of junk mail this club sends it's members is ridiculous. I started receiving membership renewal requests after my first month, and they are constantly pushing their insurance plans, or trying to sell you something. I tried changing my junk mail preferences via their website, but the junk mail continued. I had to send a nasty e-mail to get them to stop. Their trip planning page leaves a lot to be desired, and clicking on a link to learn more about a campsite takes you to a page asking you to buy a guide instead of giving you your requested information.
