I have had to use the service twice and had great service from them. They give you a time frame as to when expect
help. They call back to see if they have arrived. I am disabled and could not change a tire . Then had to have card
towed because of electrical problem to two different places in one day and had no problems.

As we are new to the RV world, we haven't had to use this service yet. We've heard from many people that have and they were grateful that they had purchased it. Looking forward to hitting the road and feeling safe that we do have that protection available to us.

We had rear dually driver tires blowout on I-40 western Arizona. Called GS ERS and they had a mobile tire service with replacements out to us within 3 hours. Only negative (minor) is every time I checked in with them, it was a different operator/agent and I had to go through the whole scenario over again each call. The mobile service tech was competent and nice enough. The service worked for us on our first need.
