This works fine if carrier is mounted on motor home. In our case we choose to mount the carrier on our towed vehicle so we can leave the motor home in the campground and drive to the more remote areas we want to bike in.
Unfortunately with the carrier mounted on our towed vehicle, the cover blocks the brake lights and turn signal.
Make sure this is what you need before purchasing
