I have had this grill for over 3 years. Currently using in a MH with a propane adapter and hose and feed it from my LP Tank. Kits and fittings are available at CW. DO NOT USE PIPE DOPE....use Telfon Tape to SEAL your connections. As to the HEATING (or lack there of). SIMPLE fix to improve the heating is to BURNISH the Regulator NOZZLE. Remove the Nozzle from the regulator with a small adjustable wrench and use a sewing needle (large one). Hold the needle with pliers and then insert it into the Nozzle opening.... FIRMLY. Then rotate the needle from side to side - maybe 180 degrees. Do this a few times. You will NOT enlarge the opening, just remove the burrs. It produces a hotter flame...but still within the Holland Operating Limits. Had my Burnished nozzle checked by Holland....orifice size STILL OK. DO NOT DRILL IT OUT! I also use a half sheet of Aluminum Foil to line one of the original Holland Drip pans and purchased new ones at a local supermarket. They were a little taller, but crimped down OK and now use the aluminum foil in them...probably will only replace a pan once a year. I love the grill....it is easy to clean, takes up minimal space, cooks GREAT and will last for years. What could be better?

I purchased the Holland Companion Grill and have used it several times. The installation of the regulator to the grill is not positive. It's just pushed in and will come out if you bump the regulator hose. The flame has gone out on me every time I've used it and if you like taking over a hour to grill 8 hamburgers, you may like it. It does not flame as stated, that's the only good thing about it. I guess this is slow cooker and a good roast or prime rib would be good, I have yet cooked anything on it completely.
