Previous review stating it is slow, and I agree if using a portable cylinder. My experience is use a LP tank with a hose. Also, insure the opening to start the grill is closed, and tighted enough to restrict air. The grill is compact, and very easy to clean. Worth every dollar!!!

We are so pleased with our full size Holland grill, that we decided to buy the
companion for our camper. I must say, we are just as pleased with the Companion as the full size one. As far as a grilled taste, you must let the grill season first. Slow cooking? I cooked 2 boneless Rib eyes on med. heat 15 min. one side flip, cook 15 min. the other side for two outstanding med. well done steak. I just set my timer for 15 min and do whatever I want to, without worrying about my steaks, flaming up. However,
it is a small grill, so the more items you put on it, the longer it will take to cook. When this grill wares out, I will be buying another one! We hope you have a blessed day!
