Need to pre-warn customers as to the need to disconnect the gas line and loosen the burner assembly so as to make room to install the unit in a Atwood 6 gln models. Some may not remember to turn off the gas before disconnecting the line and may not remember to check the line connection for leaks after the install. Also need to update the instructions as to the sticky pad and the thermostat sensor. Instructions say not to cover the hole up but the new ones don't have a hole and it is confusing as to the need for the hole. I called about the lack of a hole and they said it would be OK. Doesn't make sense to obstruct the sensor but it seems to work, hope the guy was correct, as it's installed with the sticky pad covering the sensor. No, there was no punch out hole. Other than that, after 1 week on the road it seems to be doing what it is supposed to do.

I found it easy to install. Took about 3 hours to get to full temp . Gives me lots of hot water without using any propane

I installed the water heater in a roadtrek motorhome ,Instructions were easy to follow ,It only took about half an hour,works great,now I can save my propane for something else.
