I ordered this product to use at the grocery store.I knew it folded flat for storage but didn't know until I received it that there were wire brackets on each side, inside, that folded down to hold the basket open. As if anything could make this product better.....but what a wonderful feature. I can't tell you how much easier it is to load than the insulated bags I've been using, that keep collapsing until there's something in them, always a losing battle for me. My sister-in-law already ordered one and I plan on ordering a few for Christmas gifts.
