    My new grill had the same Problem. Light went out and mini explosion when I used the relight feature. I will definitely open and vent the next time I am not sure if lighted.

    This grill would be great except it has one major flaw...this weekend is the2nd time i use it and the flame keeps going out leaving you with propane in the grill. When you relight guess what happens! Mini explosion...If i could take it back them i would!. Wander if ayone else has this problem?
