According to the instruction it simply adheres with static electricity, and for a semi-permanent stick use a misting of water, right. Doesn't stick worth a darn, with or without water. What a waste.

I'm amending my previous review after contacting the manufacturer. Both the window and the film must be squeaky clean. I was doing a large area (motorhome windshield) and trying to get it positioned and stay up was a bit tricky, BUT after thoroughly cleaning both surfaces with Windex I sprayed the window with vinegar water and was able to position the film. I used a bodyman's squeegee to remove all the air bubbles and excess water. The film has now been on the window two weeks with no sign of a let-go. The tint is excellent for blocking the sun. I have cut some extras for the side windows and the back of our towed and have it on board should the need arise.
