The individual LEDS on the unit seem to be wired in series. One failed, all went to a very, very, very soft glow.
Cons: Failed in less than six weeks

Bad light bulbs

Bought 23 total light bulbs and 6 are bad and now more are doing the same thing. There are multiple little bulbs in these lights and the little lights keep flickering on and off all the time. Very bad light would not recommend at all.
Pros: Easy to install, Nice
Cons: Flickers

Bright White

This bulb (a bright white) is a major improvement over the incandescent bulb (mellow yellow). I installed it in a small overhead cone reading light fixture and the difference was dramatically positive. Removal of the old bulb was easy. Installation of the new bulb was a little tricky as the fixture didn't seem to want to accept the new bulb. After a few minutes of flipping and pushing (very carefully) the bulb slipped into the socket. So, if your socket acts like mine, just keep trying - it will fit! Holding and Pushing on the LED bulb did no harm. I am certain you will be pleased with the flood of pure white light from this little bulb. Happy Travels!
