We dry camp most of the time so I went ahead and replaced all but a few of the lights. With a little checking before and after it took over 16 of LED bulbs to pull as much energy as 1 regular 20 watt bulb. I wondered what time frame they would run without running the battery down. First test I turned on 16 bulbs for 21 hours and the battery still showed fully charged. Second I turned on 26 bulbs and it took 11 1\2 hours to pull enough power to bring the battery off full charge. So in my book, replace what you use a lot and you want be sorry.

The bulbs run cool and use less power, which is important to me since I have gone through 3 light switches in my fifth wheel. However I was disappointed in the light output compared to the incadescent bulbs.

This LED replacement fits #1141 and many other same type fittings for inside and porch lights with bayonet singe prong. It gives pretty good light, but is NOT directional. I would give this a 5 star if you could swivel it around, but it does not swivel. The light only shines in one direction.......but it uses MUCH less voltage and lasts a long time.

These things are the greatest thing since sliced bread. After receiving them I installed them in my high use areas of the RV. The illumination provided by these bulbs was not as bright as the incandesant bulbs but it was close. The light from the LED's was not as diffuse as the others but it lit up my RV just fine. Using a multi-meter I dropped about 6 amps of usage by replacing 4 bulbs. I like to dry camp alot so saving energy is always at the fore front of my mind. Though they are a little costly, if you replace just the bulbs you use most it can greatly extend your battery time when camping.

Great choice. Bright White light. Good lumen output. Friends really liked them over the regular bulbs. Used in main cabin of coach. Very cool - distinct difference in heat output.
