We purchased this rv hand rail as our rv has 3 steps and they are kind of high. My husband has had back and neck surgery and I have had neck and knee surgery. It works very well as a guide while exiting our camper and I use it as a helping hand up the steps getting in the rv. We have a small dog and I find that if we open the door and just have the screen door closed, we can move the rail over the screen door to keep the dog from trying to push the screen door open. Good purchase, fast delivery.

This is a quality product at a reasonable price. The included screws were not of good quality and broke even with pilot holes. I was attaching to a motorhome with metal studs. I purchased stainless screws of better quality and the installation went fine. The product works as designed.

Always wanted one, bought it on sale, price was right! I had looked at these at an RV sales place and they seemed a bit pricey and they didn't have the white ones. When they came on sale I ordered one over the internet and got a great price. It shipped very quickly. I haven't installed it yet due to the weather but will be glad to have it in place shortly.

MY CAMPER ONLY HAD THE SMALL PLASTIC HANDLE WHICH WAS HARD TO REACH FROM THE GROUND. THIS IS LONG ENOUGH TO REACH AND BE OF USE TO HELP GET UP ON THE STEPS

this is a great product for all rv,s.most rv steeps are narrow entering or exiting this rail is perfect protection and prevent a fall which can ruin any trip.i highly recommond this for all r v,s

My wife loves this Lend-A-Hand RV Door Rail. Our trailer has two doors and she never used the back door until I added this rail. Now she rarely uses the front door at all. Be aware that a mischievous family member can fold the rail in the closed position, and across the door, thus locking someone inside the camper (ask my wife). This is the only reason it did not get 5 stars.

This item was received quickly, installed easily and makes entry to our camper much easier and safer for old and young alike. We moved the small strap handle from the outside of the door to the inside, where it assists people to take the first step out the door to get hold of the Lend-A-Hand. Great product. Highly recommend.

I got this when it was on sale. Shipping was fast. I used this on my boats large swim platform so me and my wife would have something to hold onto when we got in and out of water. This thing works great for that. It folds down out of the way when not in use.

I am very pleased with this handle, the stock handle that came on my camper was to small and useless!!. I placed the order and within 4 days it arrived.The next day I installed it within 5 minutes.My 5 year old boy can reach it with ease and now you have a rail to guide you walking down the steps. Also A friend of mine showed me that before you pull away from your house or campsite to lift up and swing it towards the door, now you dont have to worry about the door coming open going down the road.

This is a very good product, packed well and easily installed. I removed the old, little handle and in less than 5 minutes installed the new one. I'm 70 and the step on our travel trailer is quite short, I've about fallen out a few times and decided that safety is a better idea. Now I hold my left hand on the new Rail and pivot out backwards and it is MUCH easier and safer.

This handrail makes it a lot easier to climb up the steep stairs that RVs are equiped with. My wife especially has a hard time with them. She really likes this handrail.

Our 2000 Prowler only had a small hand strap to assist with entering/exiting our travel trailer. My husband and I installed the Lend-a-Hand in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend!

These are far superior to the original small grab handles that all RV manufacturers put on the campers stock. If you have someone traveling with you who has difficulty going in and out of the RV, these a a great addition.
