It looked like a good idea but in reality it does not block the light. The sides let in light and it is pretty flimsy. I bought another item that uses velcro to hold it in place on all four sides of the vent and it totally blocks the sun. I would not recommend you get this if you are trying to block the light...it is sitting in my garage and will probable get thrown out

We love the Lights Out Vent Shade that we purchased from you. A friend told us they got one for their camper from you so we came home from camping & bought it online. Got it very quickly & it installed very easy. Works great to keep both the sun & heat out. Love it!! Great price too. Very happy.
