Heavy 9 X 12 mat with tight weave and reinforced stitching for long lasting durability indoors or out.

Dries quickly plus it's mold and mildew resistant. Heavy-duty piping on two sides with reinforced corners and stake loops(stakes sold seperately). UV coated polypropylene material for weather and fade resistance.

Colors are great. Put tent tie downs on corners and middle to hold down in wind. Don't know how it will stand up to sun.

The mat appears to be of good quality, however the material is soft and does not stand up well when people sit in chairs on it.

Absolutly love this mat. This is the second one we ordered so we can get rid of the in/outdoor carpet we carry.light weight,comfortable on the feet,easy to store. The only con would be is it seems to wear a little thin where the fold lines are. Overall great product.

Purchased this rug a few months ago and have been very pleased with how well they hold up to heavy traffic. Very durable---easy to clean and easy to store. I'd reccommend them to anyone seeking a nice outdoor rug.

Easy setup, a little heavy, should include stakes for the sown on loops. Have not had it out in bad weather so can't say how it performs.

We are new to RVing so we started with some indoor/outdoor carpeting. It held too much dirt and was hard to clean. It was also very bulky to pack. We ordered the mat and the carrying bag and love it. Dirt sweeps off easily. Water will drain through the mat or can be brushed off. I would highly recommend ordering the matching bag. It fits like a glove and has a side pouch to store your stakes.

We were pleased beyond measure on the receipt of our new patio mat. It arrived in almost no time and was much better than we had expected. We walk out every morning and admire it there on our patio and we enjoy our fresh air and quiet breakfast with the birds. We are totally satisfied and will order more things as we need them.
