Initially had a problem with the controller which came in the package. Camping World was wonderful in swapping the entire package with a new one. The new package worked fine. My problem of the battery draining during storage is no longer a problem.

Was having problems with battery drainage while in storage. Got this product and now have no problems. The 18 Watts keeps my 21 ft travel trailer powered up. Best investment at a great price. No more dead batteries.

This is great when camping in a campground with quiet hours. The sun keeps the battery charged so there is little or no need to run the generator to charge the battery. My nephew had one so I knew the quality and benefits, but I am really glad I purchased the solor charger.

Great idea, but the controller that was sent with the package did not work from the start. Camping World was great and I am to send the complete package back for a full replacement. I would not be afraid to order this again with hopes of a good control.
