I usually use stainless steel utensils when I cook at home. I bought this set because it had so many different things in it and it was smaller and lighter than the ones I use in the house. I used them this weekend and I have to say the clean up on scrambled eggs was so much easier! I cooked corned beef hash as well and the food just slipped off it when I put it in the sink. A good buy and now I'm rethinking the house utensils!
