Good RV roof vent. Well made. Good price. Metal flange (My old Jensen roof vent had a plastic flange that had multiple cracks and leaked). Fits perfectly in existing 14 inch square roof hole. Screws to roof with 28 screws. Screws NOTincluded. Flange gasket specified by installation instructions was also NOT included. Recommend installing with high-quality silicone sealer
