Description

Unique inflatable fishing boat assembles and transports like a small float tube but has the stability and rowing ability of an inflatable pontoon boat.

There’s no frame and the oarlocks are integrated, so weight is kept low and the whole boat simply deflates to a small package for transport. You sit a bit higher than in a float tube, and the 7’ pontoons offer pontoon boat stability. Best of all, you can row instead of inching slowly along with fins. And with virtually no metal to rust, you can fish in calm saltwater as well as fresh water.

The Ponderay packs plenty of storage and fishing features. Zippered cargo pockets sit on the pontoons within easy reach on either side of the seat. Behind the seat there’s a roomy fabric storage platform with a large zippered pocket above. You’ll find a big pocket on the seat back with mesh bottom for drainage. A mesh stripping apron with a fish ruler, a micro-slit fly patch and oars that break down into three pieces for transport are all included.

The thickly padded seat is comfortable for all day. An adjustable backrest provides support and the perfect rowing angle. Three-position footrests adjust to a variety of leg lengths.

The Ponderay incorporates big boat safety. The high seat provides improved visibility and the quick-release stripping pops open for quick exits. Strong straps stabilize either side of the pontoons. The cold- and heat-resistant bladders feature combination quick inflation/deflation valves. There’s a safety flag holder on the back of the seat.
