THE HEATER IS GREAT, WE ARE ENJOYING IT VERY MUCH, HOWEVER I BOUGHT A TWO YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY ON IT AND AS YET I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. iF YOU COULD FIND OUT WHY THEN SEND IT TO ME IT WOULD BE GREAT. THANK YOU BETSY SPENCE

The heater is absolutely beautiful and does exactly what it says it is supposed to do. Gives my travel trailor a real homey feel and cuts down on the butane use. Love it!!!!!!
