Comprised of a multi-gallon container and coiled hose and shower head, the Big Kahuna is a fully portable shower that plugs into any vehicle or boat 12v power outlet. At 4.7 gallon capacity, it’s the perfect size to take along to the beach to rinse off sandy bodies and toys or to the campsite to provide a comfortable shower for 1-2 people.

Easy to use convenience features include a 12-volt worry-free, submersible pump, a variable pressure controlled shower head, patented water tight lid, and a UV absorbing hose, container and lid to warm up the water. I just received my Big Kahuna shower after purchasing several others that CLAIMED to have the best portable showers on the market . Clearly that was NOT the case or Iwouldn't have searched and researched for so long to find this DREAM of a SHOWER MACHINE!(I am just not a public shower fan..want my OWN space and shower) It was incredibly easy to assemble and each piece and part is FIRST CLASS QUALITY. (I will say as I was putting it together, (2 minutes max) it seemed that this great machine had been assembled thru many research years of trial and error to make it the best it can be.).It was evident this thing was MADE TO LAST! And ..right here in the USA.! Tight bolts, solid screws, quality LONG cords LONG water supply hose..it's got it ALL..But ..wait..I am not plugged in yet!!! ...And......Wait for it.... !! Plugs in nice and SUNG.!..!.OMG!!! THE PUMP POWER IS AMAZING!! The tank size is perfect and the shower goes ON and ON !!!(WAAAY longer than a decent shower time) I didn't fill it with warm water YET but that will be a dream when we take it on the road.(Withstands HOT WATER too!).Truly..for all of our vintage camper friends, it is the power of the shower we miss MOST in our tin can travels...BIG KAHUNA will be endorsed by all of us..I GUARANTEE it!! I am already guarding it from one of our camper friends who wants to borrow it this weekend after seeing it PERFORM!! Get this BIG KAHUNA for yourselves, tin can tourists....you will never look back AND you will continue to find great uses off the road too..Like washing to dog, washing the car, anywhere you need power water spray, you got it now! Thanks for a great USA MADE product that actually does what it says..AND MORE!! Throwing all the previous non BIG KAHUNA'S in the trash this second ! Already, I wanna sell these for the Big Kahuna Company I love it so darn much!

Pretty nice setup. The white container doesn't attract as much solar heat as if it were darker in color. Motor is a little noisy but gives a nice stream of water. It would also be nice if it had come with an A/C adapter.

The Big Kahuna is great. It sprays roughly a gallon per minute, giving you plenty of time to rinse yourself, your gear, and even your dog after a day at the beach. And if you need more water, you can always refill it with an extra water jug if you need to. All you gotta do is fill it up and plug it in. The shower trigger is great also, allowing you to conserve water between sprays. I highly recommended this to anyone who needs to rinse off saltwater after a day on the beach. Great for rinsing pets too. I used to use water jugs. With the big kahuna, I can rinse my dog in half the time with half the amount of water as before. And the best part is that it's Made in the US of A!!!!! The customer service is great as well. Lifetime warranty! You can tell the company stands proud behind its product.

I have an old, 7 year old Big Kahuna 6.6 gallon shower. There have been modifications and improvements made since mine was built, but it still functions wonderfully. My typical use is after a cold scuba dive and the first thing I do when I get back to my car is take a hot shower with my Big Kahuna, I have enough water for 2-3 divers and it is great to get the sand and salt water off. I love the fact that the owner will call you back if you have any issues and the lifetime warranty that comes with the product. Recently, my shower head stopped working, most likely because of the hard water in my area. Jeff diagnosed the issue over the phone, told me that they had improved the part and that a newly designed shower head was on the way. You will not get that level of service with anything made in China. The current price on these at camping world is outstanding, I will be telling all my friends.
