We purchased our Powerhouse inverter for our dry camping trips. Little did we now that it would be put to a much harder test within a month. An ice storm on April 12th left us with no electricity. We started up our Powerhouse and it ran for 74 hours straight. The 5 hour window between fill-ups meant I only had to get up once in the night to refill the gas tank and it kept my house safe until the power was restored.
