I watched the video and it appeared that the dirt and grime disappeared just by spraying cleaner on and sponging it off. Looked too good to be true but it actually worked. I used the last drop of the 32oz bottle on our 31 foot fifth wheel but I believe it could clean several more feet of roof if used sparingly. This was the first time I attempted to clean the five year old roof but after I cleaned and applied the roof
protector it looked great. The hardest part of the four hour project was getting the sponge mop rinsing water to and from the roof. I used a five gallon bucket and rope. Don't allow the cleaning solution to run down the side of the trailer because as the instructions indicate it can be removed but it is difficult. Apparently enough accumulated in the gutter to drip down the side. I recommend using this product and
believe it will be much easier the second time around. Roof looks great.

Spray it on and nothing happens until you use the damp sponge mop. It is like magic how it cleans the roof. Follow the directions about keeping it off the side of your RV. Apparently enough cleaner accumulated in the gutter to drip down the side of the RV and it did leave a sticky residue that can be removed if you work at it. Be prepared to bring up several buckets of clean water to rinse the mop. We have a 31' 5th wheel and had approximately 3 to 4 oz of the 32 oz remaining. Roof looks great.
