Description

The Ramble Vent Cover allows fresh air to move throughout your RV interior while preventing heat build-up. Its side vent design promotes better airflow than other vent covers. The exterior is made from high impact polypropylene with UV protection. No need to drill in your RV roof— hardware is included to mount to existing 14” x 14” roof vent flange. Stainless steel mounting hardware will not rust.

We were dreading to install vent covers and found that the Ramble vent covers were amazingly simple to install. We read the reviews/complaints that the roof vent wouldn't open all the way, So, what? They open at least 3/4 of the way, which is more than enough.

it was a little hard to install on my 22 foot Jayco-Jay Fether, but it worked great after I got it installed, it helps to have two people to install it though!

ramble vent covers - June 02, 2008

we put 2 of these on our class b+ telstar and two of the 'others' on our class 'a' elante. the rambles look (much) better and sit lower. have no idea where the comments are coming from about 'poor instructions' or 'hard to mount.' that's a bunch of rubbish. they're idiot proof. a cordless drill, with a small drill bit and a phillips head bit and a way on to the top of your rv are just about all you need. it helps to have someone inside cranking the vent up and down so you can center them perfectly, but that's an option - you can go up and down the ladder with a little more effort. note: we live in a very windy area and the ramble covers have NEVER come loose. the 'other' brand has required a quick tightening now and then, even on my neighbor's trailer. we HIGHLY recommend these. nice to have a cheaper and BETTER alternative!!! so get a set (or two)! they'd make great Christmas or birthday or father's day presents...
