Select the meat type (beef, pork, poultry, veal or lamb) and clip the remote receiver onto a pocket or belt.
The cradle base with probe transmits readings to the clip-on receiver. Gauge shows temperature of meat up to a 100' from the grill and beeps when the temperature has been reached. Registers temperatures from 14° F to 482° F.
Remote receiver features large LCD readout, timer and programmable function to set time/temperature. Press the side button for an LED flashlight to check foods when cooking in the dark. Long 9" stainless-steel probe.
