I have used the Roadmaster Tow Dolly many times since I purchased it in the Henderson NV store. While I very disatified with the Manger of the Repair Dpartment. He had very little knowledge of the tow dolly and in fact had installed the tie downs wrong and I had to stop about half way yo Kingman Az and redo them. They broke one of the amber reflectors on toe dolly tongue. The manager promised he would send me a replacement part but that never happened. Also I was not given a key for for the pin that holds the receiver on. So I will have to cut it off to get the receiver out. I have towed my car with my Winnabago RV for over 7000 miles and have had no trouble with the tow dolly. The only trouble I had was that when the manager installed the electric brake control he crossed two wires and I had to have that fixed in Louisville Kentucky by one of your excellent mechanics, who did an excellent job of pinpointing the problem and repairing it in a very short time. Again I have nothing but good to say about the Roadmaster Tow Dolly. Your store in Louisville KY is certainly one of the best That I have had the pleasure of dealing with, can't say the same about the store in Henderson NV. The tow dolly was easy to tow that I wouldn't have known it was back there if I didn't see it in My Monitor.

Last dolly threw a wheel. After 15,000+ miles, this one works as advertised.

I purchased this dolly last year and started a 5000+mile trip..We got caught up on a road with no turn around and lots of tight hairpin turns. Dolly and car tracked exactly as rear wheels of MH thank god.The brakes on dolly helped coming down the other side as well .Would I purchase again---Yes in a heart beat. Have received comments as to good looks and high quality of dolly and can only agree!!!!
