These chairs are comfortable and easy to operate. A tad heavy to lug to the beach or a concert, but it can still be done. Just make sure you only carry one. The bad part about the chair are the elastic cords that weave the seat fabric in place. They break after a while. We've replaced ours three times now over the last 3 years. Make sure you buy the two-year warranty, which we did. That way, you get a whole new chair instead of having to re-weave the broken cords.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy tilting
Cons: Seat cords break too often

It does not have locks for the little wheels to turn. If you want to lock, you better have a good grip. Sat down in chair, like sitting on cardboard. Went to get up, arm broke off. In my opinion, they are junk.
