RV Bumper Adapter gives you a 2" receiver for mounting bike racks.

Bolt this receiver to the underside of your RV's bumper to create a 2" x 2" trailer hitch receiver opening.

Note: For use with hitch-mounted, RV-approved accessories only. Not rated for towing.

Bought this so we could put our bike rack on our camper. The photos don't do it justice looking at the photos I had doubts as to if it could do the job or not. but afterreceiving it it is a very solid product. Ive used it once on a 20 mile trip and it stayed on the whole way.

This is the perfect solution to being able to use a bicycle carrier on the back of a travel trailer with a 4 inch square bumper. We were very happy to be able to mount our bicycle carrier on the travel trailer where the bicycles were not in danger of being damaged if mounted between the tow vehicle and a travel trailer. It was very easy to install, only took 5 minutes. Comes with an adapter to receive a one inch bicycle carrier post. Have used it at highway speeds on a 600+ miles round trip and we couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent value for the price.

Recently I installed a front hitch on my excursion so we can take our bikes, Well after the first trip with bikes on the front of the truck I decided I needed to do something different because I was having a hard time seeing. I found this bumper adapter and have moved the bikes to the rear bumper of the camper. I had this on in less then 5 minutes

I bought this to use for the 3 bike carrier sold here at Camping World. It is solid and easy to bolt onto the bumper. On our first trip out we were rear-ended by a H&R driver. The bikes and rack got wasted but this sucker was strong enough to cause my bumper to peel away from the frame as the bikes and rack were pushed under the rear of my trailer. I'd say it's a solid purchase as it was the only thing re-usable after the accident.

Best price around. Agree with some others about width of bumper. I made a wooden spacer to take up the difference so that it wouldn't move. Works great now.

I bought the adapter for my bike rack (Holds three bikes). It held up all the way to Key West, FLorida with no problems. Plus you can use it for other attachments as well!

I ordered this as a gift. It was an EZ process as ususal utilizing the Camping World Website..Shipping was within a couple of days..Nobody had this item (U-Haul or other hitch stores).

Very sturdy thick plate steel. Good welding. Holes for hitch pin were slightly misaligned and holes were too tight — these conditions required reaming out just a little with a hardened machine bit. Overall, I'm pleased with it, but quality control needs improving. Made in China.
