I would have given it 5 stars if the installation instructions were more inclusive. I installed the springs the same as for a square top door on our rounded top door on our Class A and they worked fine. I don't know why the shape of the top of the door would
affect the operation of the springs. There is no way that I was going to surface mount springs to the face of our door on our Newmar coach as the instructions would indicate for a rounded top door. As installed, they are concealed by the door when closed. The screen door and main door close nicely now after opening when the coach is leveled. It's such a simple design- not much can go wrong. So inexpensive.
