This little unit seemed to be the answer to my search. I was looking for a gril that would satisfy my outdoor cooking needs for one, as I travel all over the US to my work. One problem is the regulation of heat (gas flow). Turned all the way down, it is still too hot. You can't turn the heat down far enough for some types of cooking. With the heat turned down as far as it can go without going out, my grill plate has warped from the heat. On one occasion, the unit would not light. I disassembled the regulator and reassembled it and it operated fine. 'Never did that again. A finicky regulator and this unit burns a lot of gas. But I still like it because of it's size and ease to clean up. It is difficult to find a full featured unit this small.

Great design. So compact. Packs up nicely. Takes up little room in the RV. Very versatile cooking options. Biggest complaint is that it's very hard to regulate the heat. Turned all the way down we still overcook food. It's a fussy little regulator. If they improve that it's the perfect grill!

We bought this over a year ago and it is all I bring now. No more tables, propane stoves or bulky grills, etc! This is IT! I love it. It is versatile. I have done steaks, hot dogs, eggs, pancakes, stews, and boiled corn on the cob! It cleans up like a charm and stows away easily in a zippered bag that is light weight and easy to store. The cooking area is small(er), but I have had guests and didn't feel constrained. Not suitable if you're cooking for a 'crowd' however. I love mine; and if and when it wears out, I will buy another.
