The cleanest, most sanitary and convenient way to empty your RV holding tank!
Finally a way to empty your holding tanks (unquestionably the most distasteful job in RVing) that everyone in the family will find easy to use.

Thetford's Sani-Con System does not rely on gravity. Utilizing a heavy-duty transfer and macerating pump, the unit works much like a household garbage grinds and liquefies black water waste*, then pumps it through an extra heavy duty 1" diameter discharge hose.

The powerful macerating pump can pump waste UP terrain, UP into a backyard sewer cleanout, UP into a household toilet, UP into an elevated sewer dump station, etc. No need for a constant slope or cumbersome hose supports. That means less handling and an easier method to empty the tanks.

Sani-Con features a long-lasting 1" discharge hose that stretches up to 21 feet, than retracts to a convenient 7 feet to save storage space - more than 80%!!

At the end of the hose is an easy-to-use threaded nozzle that is designed to fit securely (lock) into a variety of dump station inlets, keeping you clean and ending the need for additional adaptors.

The nozzle has a screw on cap that really keeps the entire operation easy and clean. The cap prevents drips and spills during storage, making the unit more sanitary and less odorous than the old style 3" diameter sewer hoses.

Sani-Con Box Mount has a 3" x 24" inlet, 21' retractable discharge hose with threaded nozzle and cap. Wiring included.

Have a basement in your RV? Then you'll want the "ready to dump when you are," permanently installed Box Mount System. The benefits of permanently installed systems are: ready to dump when you are, saves time by avoiding connecting and disconnecting a regular 3" diameter sewer hose.

*human waste, liquids and toilet tissue ONLY.

To use the system:

  • Connect the macerating pump (Twist-On and Tank Buddy only)
  • Extend and insert the nozzle into the dump station
  • Open the black water slide valve
  • Turn on the Sani-Con pump
  • When the black water tank is empty, turn off the pump, close the black water slide valve, open the grey water slide valve, and turn the pump back on
  • When the gray water tank is empty, turn off the pump, close the gray water slide valve, put the screw on cap onto the nozzle and return the nozzle and hose to storage

Chews through crap

I never truly understood what this thing really did until I watched a video on it. Then it was a must have. No more bulky hose taking up space, dripping everywhere after it's rinsed out, no more black water waste on/near me or the RV. I did the install my self in an hour. In my unit where the utilities exit the compartment, they became inaccessible due to limited mounting location. So I added a new utility hatch. The kids call it the Poop Chewer. Takes only minutes to clean out the system. Love using it in conjunction with the black tank flush system. Do not flush toilet while in use. The vacuum pressure this thing creates in the system will throw water, sanitizer, etc back up at the person flushing the toilet. You will not complain about dumping any longer when you use this.

This was a new install for our 2000 Monaco Executive. Although not much room to install this item (we just about needed to use a shoe horn, but worth the extra effort). We were able to install it and it works great. We have previously owned 2 other motorhomes with this system and will NEVER go back to lugging that ugly huge sewer hose again!!! Camping World, your prices are great and the item arrived on the date you promised. Keep up the good work...

This is the BEST piece of equipment in my motor coach. It makes dumping tanks clean and easy. It eliminates the normal 3 hose both freeing space in the basement as well as making the task cleaner, faster, and far less smelly.

Poor Discharge Hose Construction

Bought the complete kit, The grinder pump works great. However, The spiral hose at the soft sleeve cracks with 2 or 3 uses..Bought a 1 garden hose X 100' and with a few accessories had a flawless functioning discharge system. A system that doesn't even get the pump motor warm even though it pumps thru 100 feet of hose. Why 100' ? I visit friends and family over holidays and occasionaly have to dump in their city / septic cleanouts...Would give it a 5 STAR but for the poor discharge hose

Good Product For Black Water Tank, Grey?

We recently purchase a used motor home with the sani con box system. The sani con unit was installed by Camping World Nashville, Tn by a previous owner. When we got ready to dump our tanks our first trip out I decided first to get the installation manuel that came with the unit and read the instructions. No where in the installation manual did it give the simple operating instructions, just how to install. I decided to call Sani Con. talked to a rep. who had to go ask someone else how the pump works. It turned out simple, extent the hose, place the round end into city sewer, open black water tank first as usual, then flip a little toggle switch and should see it pumping waste thought a one inch clear plastic line that goes to the hose. We, by this time I had my wife assisting, turned the switch on, saw water move in the clear site hose, but nothing came out of the tank. It took a while but I finally got brave and pulled the round end up a little out of the city sewer, no water coming out, there is a little cap on the end of the large round end that goes in the city sewer. I removed the cap, flipped the switch and it pumped our tanks fine, no mess. I think it pumps like 12 gallons per minuite. Outside of needing better instructions with their installation manual I only have one other question about this sewer pump system. If you are staying for a longer peroid of time, say a week or more, the grey water would be best going into the city sewer I think, then dumping the black water say once a week with a back flush of water. We have a large 80 gallon grey water tank on our Allegro Bus, I figure that take about 7 minuites to pump if full. Our black water tank is 42 gallons so sani con perfect for it. If anyone as input on extended stay and using the sani con like to have your input, perhaps some kind of a Y hook up that leaves prime fluids on sani con side and grey water 3" hose going to the sewer continious.

simplifying the task of dumping

We purchased the box mount macerator from Camping World and had them install it on our Travel Supreme 42' motorhome. After one use we were amazed at how much easier, and cleaner this task was. When ready to dump, the whole process only takes 7-8 minutes and no need for slinky/snake hose carriers, dirty hoses to clean off, or lifting the hoses to drain into a sewer valve that is above ground. We wish we would have purchased this much sooner. We had ours installed in the Bridgeport NJ store, and everyone there was great.
