Don't have to oped the slide to open the scerrn door. Took about 1 min to install. no more leaving the slide open so the bugs can get in.

It works good just wish they had required a 1/2 inch drill bit in place of the 9/16 -- I installed it in a Wildcat 2010 --we have clear plastic screen door slides -- they don't drill very easy -- had a very sharp bit started to chip the plastic -- might have worked better with dull bit ---- used a 1/2inch bit and then a Dremel to get the correct size
