The cover is not fitted for the trailManor and is easily torn, but the straps keep it well secured and if your careful you can put it on without ripping it. I have not found any covers specifically designed for the TrailManor popup trailers. I would have preferred one that fit better and was rated higher in sun protection, as I live in CA. It does protect the trailer well enough and is reasonably priced. Until I find something specifically for the TrailManor, I will continue to use/purchase in the future.
