The Comfort Air Gold circulation fan is equipped with a variable speed control that allows for comfort at several different settings, guaranteeing your satisfaction at any level of air flow.
The exhaust feature pulls the stale air and unwanted odors from your coach, which then forces new air in from an open window. If you want a gentle breeze to cool you from overhead, simply close the dome and the air driven from the exhaust mode will bounce off the dome and back into the coach, creating the effect of a ceiling fan. For a more dramatic flow of air into your coach, switch the fan to intake mode where the variable speed gives you the power to set the fan at any speed up to 950 CFM, the most on the market.

Over the years we have purchased 3 of the "Gold Series" fans & I installed them myself. We are full-timers & we use them daily, even in winter. We use them like attic fans to circulate the air to help with condensation. To date we have not experienced any problems with any of the fans. We couldn't be happier with their preformance.

I installed 1st fan in April 09, worked 3 days total. Quit working, took out of camper and return in June 09 (after 2 camping trips locally). Replaced with new one, after 5 days use (camping for 13 nights) fan stopped working again. At campsite, decided to take down inner
panel to check. Found circuit board diode had gotten hot, melted solder joints. Replaced board, fan works but board getting extremely HOT again. Camping World would not replace this 2nd fan with
another NEW fan since original fan (not 2nd fan) was bought back in April 09. This 2nd fan I got, I put warranty on it, but still having issues with Camping World trying to get fixed. Decided to get a Fantastic fan to replace other fan, it works GREAT!! Checked out voltage, amps being drawn, proper polarity and everything is correct. So why does Sur-Flo fans keep giving proplems? That's why they are a little
cheaper than Fantasic brands.

We bought two of these vent-fans about three years ago. We have never had any problems with them. We live in SoCal and have traveled to Florida and back with them. We have had no-name vent- fans and Fantastic Fan vent-fans and these are the best. We really like the variable speed instead of three predetermined speeds. The ability to run the fan with the lid closed is is great and improves the efficiency of the the AC and heater. We won't buy anything else. Just wish they were a little less expensive as I need two more for our new 5th wheel.

Bought the gold series and installed it myself back in June. I checked to be sure the fan operated OK before installing it. This is a fairly big job and took me around 4 hours. I used Eternabond and butyl putty to seal it real well. On July 1, DW and I left on a 6 week trip out west
where it can get hot. The fan ran for about 3-4 evenings and then quit suddenly. I have double checked the wiring and it was installed correctly. It is just a bad fan. I did not buy the extended warranty and
plan to try to get a replacement. I dread having to replace this fan. With
the Eternabond sealing it, the job will be bigger than before.
