Bought this item in October of last year (2012). I had the same problem as other users with the plastic nut slipping. I left a negative review on here of this product, and recently the manufacturer called me to let me know they did have an issue with the nuts, but it has been corrected. They sent me the new nuts, free, which were very easy to install myself and now they work great. Would have given this product 5 stars if not for the first issue. If anyone is having a problem with the nuts slipping, the number for the manufacturer is 574-294-7571

Bought these last year.Should of sent them back after 2 uses.The release button is plastic.You couldn't tighten up the jack to the trailer.Should pull these from your inventory.There not worth selling. Should of bought the ones with a metal adjustment rod and nut.
