Great item but poor packaging

The first one of these I received was so mangled that there was no hope of trying to
salvage it, so I sent it back. The 2nd one was also damaged, but not nearly as much. I
needed it for a trip so I kept it and straightened the bent rods. The item has long tubular
rods and absolutely no protection in the box. It's just stuffed in there. It would get 5 stars
otherwise.

Great advice from the previous reviews. We have ours on the
back of a Class A. What a difference! The towels dry in
half a day. Good idea to clip the clothes on the side
instead of over the bar. Works great!

If the jumbo clothes pins break, just use regular ones! Instead of clipping the clothing (towel, bathing suit, etc) item TO the bar, fold the item over the bar and pin it to itself UNDER the bar.

We have had this for over a year and love it. I do have a problem with it thought, not the dryer but the clothes pins. The dryer has little poles instead of line. The clothes pins are made to fit the rods, sadly they keep breaking. They don't sell replacements, and we can't find anything
that fits. Though I did not hesitate paying the price, it was worth it, but if I don't have pins to hang my clothes it will be useless.

We bought this before summer to use at our summer spot. We used this
every day for 3 months to hang pool towels and bathing suits and it
proved to be an outstanding product. Looks as good today as it did when
new.
