We ordered and quickly installed three of these vent covers.The reason for the smoke colored was to cut down on the light coming through the vent over our bed. Works great. Cuts down the light, and lets the warm air escape while keeping any rain out. Would recommend these for every one.Great product and easy to install. All three in less than an hour.

Easy to install, hardest part is to get up on the roof. Provides a good amount of light after install.
